Sister LAW Yuen Ming Agnes
Sister Law received her education in Hong Kong, UK, Italy and Beijing, and holds a Doctorate degree. Currently, she is the principal of Sacred Heart Canossian College. Since joining a Caritas programme in 1993 to train voluntary workers, Sr. Law with Salesian Priest Fr. Kong Chi-chiu and a group of young volunteers founded China Care Fund and has since been working for the better education of children in rural and mountainous lands.

Mr. TSO Yeung Arthur
Mr. Tso is a practicing solicitor. He received his early education at Wah Yah College, then England and Canada. Mr. Tso had joined Sister Anges' visits to the mountains and other remote parts of China since the year 2000 and had since been deeply involved in helping to raise funds to sponsor children's education and to build schools.

Mr. WONG Kwan Yiu PhD.
After obtaining his PhD in Australia, Professor Wong returned to Hong Kong and joined the Chinese University of Hong Kong where he has serve as Chairman of the Department of Geography and headed United College. Professor Wong is enthusiastic in community welfare. He is involved in promoting the welfare of the elderly and worked with the Association for the Mentally Handicapped. In the year 2001, he sponsored the building of Eva Li Wong Primary School in Dacun village for the Yao ethnic group in Ruyuen county in northern Guangdong. Now in his retirement, he is actively involved in China Care Fund projects.
