• To provide educational assistance and services to students in the poverty stricken villages and remote mountainous regions of China;
• To provide opportunities for young people in Hong Kong to understand China, its education system and its limitations, and to treasure each and every exposure as an opportunity for learning;
• To provide young people in Hong Kong with real life experience and the opportunity to serve and in the process to learn to appreciate the joy of giving;
• To enhance our young people's perception of their inner self and through social encounters to transcend their territorial perimeters and social values.
